Tango

Tango mandarin is a medium to large variety with an average diameter of 5 to 6 cm. It has an oblate or flat oval shape. Its skin is thin, smooth, and bright, dark orange. It can be peeled easily and has 9 to 12 slices with very thin skin. The flesh is soft, juicy, and made of soft, small juice sacks. The fruit is mostly seedless. Tango mandarin is harvested when mature and contains medium-level sugar and acid.
