Spring Navel
Known as the sibling of Washington Navel orange, Spring Navel has a strong aroma and is very tasty. It matures a few weeks after the Washington variety and is bigger in volume. The skin and fruit flesh have an orange colour.
Fruit slices are easily separated. Slices are also juicy and crips. With good acidic content, Spring Navel is quite a sweet orange type. Fruit weight ranges between 250-300 grams. A seedless variety, Spring Navel is harvested towards the end of December.
