Mayer
The harvesting season of Mayer lemon begins at the end of August. From January onwards, the soft and smooth rind starts getting a yellowish orange colour, and the flesh colour turns from dark yellow to yellow.
The fruit is large, yellowish with 8-10 seeds, very juicy (average juicing yield is 36.84%), and crisp. It does not manifest periodicity. It has a sour taste in September, a sweet mellow taste in winter, and a sweet orange taste in spring.
